In addition VWG’s employee healthcare coverage has been expanded to include neurodivergence assessments for employees and their families. Thanks to Nick’s support and encouragement, Enable has increased awareness of disability and neurodivergence through lived experience sharing, formal training for managers, and external speaker events. These developments have led to a significant increase in employee disability declarations, and with VWG achieving Disability Confident Level 2 Employer status in 2024.
