Joanne Austin

Joanne Austin works at HSBC within the Global Inclusion team. She is a passionate advocate for disability inclusion and has been the driving force behind the tangible change that has benefited a number of disabled and neurodiverse people within the organization. Joanne’s passion for inclusion is driven by her own personal experience with epilepsy and being a carer for her son, who is neurodiverse, and his girlfriend, who is a wheelchair user. Her drive for inclusivity has been a lifelong endeavor.
