Curtis Kesler

Curtis Kesler is a Global HR Partner located in Midland, Michigan.  In this role, he has global responsibility for driving the people agenda in the Legal, Public Affairs, Government Affairs, and Aviation functions. He provides strategic counsel to leadership teams and employees to increase employee engagement and leadership effectiveness, attract and retain a diverse workforce, and support employee and leader development. Curtis is also a Disability Employee Network (DEN) employee resource group (ERG) Global Chair.
