Bongumesiya Simelane

Bongumesiya began her career working for multinational corporations five years ago. She has brought her passion for disability advocacy and inclusion into the corporate world, having started this work back in university where she obtained a Business Degree. She is actively involved in leading, sharing knowledge, and promoting disability inclusion within the business. Bongumesiya seeks to inspire other people with disabilities to believe in themselves and achieve the ‘impossible’. She is motivated by creating a space where people with various disabilities will be accommodated and be given a chance to thrive.
